Welcome to our beachside apartment in beautiful Cronulla, one of Sydney's most loved coastal suburbs. The building is a classic 1960s Sydney walk-up brick apartment, full of character and just a short stroll to the famous Cronulla Beach, the Esplanade walking track, the Cronulla Mall cafes and the train station. Inside, the apartment has been beautifully refreshed with fresh white paint, light timber-look hardwood floors throughout, a comfortable green velvet 2-seater sofa, a charcoal designer armchair, a round white marble coffee table and a wall-mounted TV on a designer dark sideboard. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with cream cabinetry, electric cooktop, oven and stainless fridge. A small private patio off the dining area is the perfect spot for a coffee. Indie is our easy-going 5-year-old Whippet, a true beachside companion. She is calm, affectionate, naturally low-energy at home and absolutely loves a brisk morning walk along the Cronulla foreshore. She is fed twice a day, fully vaccinated, microchipped and in great health. Cronulla is one of Sydney's most beautiful coastal lifestyles: world-class beaches and rock pools at your doorstep, the Royal National Park 10 minutes south, the Sutherland Shire shops nearby and an easy 45-minute train into the Sydney CBD.
