Reply Rating is an automatic score (1 to 5) based on how quickly you respond to messages. It replaces the traditional review system. No one needs to leave a manual review. The faster and more consistently you reply, the higher your score, helping you stand out to homeowners.
Homeowners will always be free, that's a permanent commitment. For sitters, we plan to introduce a flat-fee subscription in the future (never per-booking commission), with plenty of advance notice and benefits for current members who help shape the community.
