These providers are only given access to the personal information they need to perform their specific function, and are required to handle that information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Payment Processing
To securely handle subscription payments and billing. Payment card details are processed directly by our provider and are never stored on our servers.
Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting
To host our platform, store data securely, and manage user authentication. All data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit.
Transactional Email Delivery
To send account-related emails such as verification links, booking notifications, and password resets.
Location & Mapping Services
To display suburb-level location information on listings and sitter profiles. Exact addresses are never shared publicly.
