She will disappear under the bed when you arrive and quite possibly stay there for a day or two before deciding you are acceptable. That is normal for her and not a sign anything is wrong. Once she settles she is affectionate and will sit with you in the evenings. She is indoor only, eats twice a day and uses her tray without any issue. Centennial Park is a fifteen minute walk if you want somewhere green, and the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk starts a short bus ride away.
