The light-filled main lounge has bright marble-look tile floors, plantation shutters letting in beautiful afternoon light, a creamy two-seater sofa with striped throw cushions, a single matching armchair, a striking dark timber barrel side table and a cream pleated lamp. A round timber and cane coffee table sits on a beautiful striped textured rug, and a freestanding TV unit and well-stocked oak bookshelf complete the room. The kitchen and dining area are open and bright, and a sliding door leads through to a generous fresh-lawn backyard with private timber fencing. Nemo and Dory are our two beautiful tropical fish, a Clownfish (Nemo, 3 years old) and a Yellow Tang (Dory, 2 years old). They live together in our 200L saltwater tank in the lounge and are a complete delight to watch. We will leave a simple feeding schedule (twice a day, a small pinch of marine pellets and frozen brine shrimp) and our reef-tank service company pops in once a week to check water chemistry. Both fish are healthy and well-established. Box Hill in Sydney's north-west is a brilliant base: minutes from the new town centre, an easy drive to Rouse Hill, the Hills Metro and the Sydney Hills shopping precinct, with the CBD a 45-minute drive away.
