Modern Box Hill City Apartment with Two Sweet Hamsters

Our compact modern apartment is in the heart of Box Hill, one of Melbourne's most vibrant inner-east neighbourhoods. The building is a contemporary 5-storey complex with cantilevered balconies, secure parking and a quick walk to Box Hill Central, the train station and the city's renowned Asian food scene. Inside, the apartment is bright and easy to live in: fresh white walls, light-grey tile floors throughout, a comfortable navy 2-seater sofa, simple round dining table, wall-mounted TV, split-system air-conditioning and a private balcony with a small bistro setting where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher and stainless fridge. Toffee is our 2-year-old Syrian hamster (the golden caramel one) and Ruby is our 1-year-old Roborovski hamster (the small dwarf chestnut). They live in two separate well-ventilated cages on the dining sideboard. They simply need a refill of seed mix and fresh water each morning, plus a fresh sliver of cucumber or apple every other day. Both are healthy, well-handled and easy to care for. Box Hill is one of inner Melbourne's most exciting suburbs: world-class Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean restaurants and bakeries on your doorstep, the train into the city in 20 minutes, and easy tram access to the eastern suburbs.
