Period Essendon Home, No Pets, House and Garden Only

through a Melbourne spring, and a working fireplace in the front sitting room. We have no pets, so this is a house and garden sit only. What the house does need is presence: it is a period home on a large block and it does not do well sitting empty. The garden is the other half of the job. There are established roses, a productive vegetable bed and a lawn that will need cutting roughly fortnightly at that time of year. Everything you need is in the shed and we will walk you through it. Essendon station is ten minutes on foot and the airport is a twenty minute drive, which is why we travel as often as we do.
