Our well-loved family home in Mill Park is a wonderful place to base yourself while looking after Stella, our brilliant 3-year-old Border Collie. The home is large and very well set up , a double garage, a spacious brick exterior and an impressively vaulted timber-beamed living area with warm yellow tones, blue sofas, high ceilings and a cosy television nook. The kitchen and dining room flow together beautifully under the same stunning raked timber ceiling, with a dishwasher, gas cooktop and a comfortable dining setting. The real highlight for Stella is the large covered alfresco entertaining area with a 6-seater outdoor setting, opening out to a well-kept fenced backyard complete with trampoline. Stella is a working breed through and through , she is intelligent, quick to learn and craves daily exercise and mental stimulation. She needs at least one solid walk per day and loves learning new games and tricks. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and completely healthy. Mill Park is a well-serviced suburb with excellent schools, parks and shopping, and is a short drive from Plenty Gorge Parklands and the scenic Yarra Valley wine region.
