Cosy Wendouree Cottage in Ballarat with a Gentle Persian Cat

Welcome to our cosy home in Wendouree, a leafy Ballarat suburb just 10 minutes from the city centre and only minutes from beautiful Lake Wendouree. The cottage is a classic Ballarat weatherboard with a brick chimney, set on a generous block with established gardens. Inside, the home is comfortable and welcoming: a sunlit lounge with a tiled fireplace, full bookshelves, leather lounge chairs and soft cream carpet, and bedrooms that get beautiful morning light. Bella is our gentle 11-year-old Persian cat. She is a placid older lady who spends her days dozing in sunny spots and wants nothing more than a gentle brush each morning and a quiet cuddle in the evening. She is fed twice a day on senior food, fully vaccinated, microchipped and has a clean bill of health from her recent vet check. Wendouree is a wonderful Ballarat base. Lake Wendouree is on the doorstep with a 6km walking track, and you are a short drive from Sovereign Hill, the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, the wineries of Smythesdale and the gold towns of Daylesford and Creswick.
