Adapt it to your actual stay. Include important care needs early instead of waiting until the applicant has invested time in a conversation, and ask one clear availability question before discussing every household detail.
If someone does not answer, you can keep contacting other suitable people. Do not tell several applicants that each is confirmed for the same stay. Keep the difference between an enquiry, a promising conversation and a confirmed arrangement clear.
Check the match after the diary matches
